Rating Advisory Explained and Guidlines for Comments
Ratings
Each post will be preceded by a "Rating Advisory" to warn readers concerning the nature of the post they will encounter.
B=Benign
C=Controversial
DYDPANC=Don't You Dare Post Any Negative Comments
P=Polemical
Use these ratings as a guidline for the type of comments I expect.
Guidelines for Comments
Please try to conduct yourself respectfully in this forum and refrain from personal attacks on myself or other individuals who leave comments. (I don't mind if you attack a particular group with stereotypes on posts rated C or P, but I may respond in kind.)
Anonymous Comments
Try not to comment under the very original nom de plume of "anonymous." I prefer if you would use your real name, but at the very least make up a unique pen name so that I can respond to you specifically. If you are in a debating mood, I may choose to ignore your comments if you do not identify yourself with the name your parents gave you.
Note that you can comment "unanonymously" even without creating a blogger account and having to log in. After entering your comment, just click on the "other" button under "choose and identity" and type in your name (fictitious or real).
